Estimates&Invoices

Contact us for a custom quote and we will send you an estimate based on the specified project.
The stated price will be valid for a period of 10 business days after receiving it.

Pricing is not guaranteed remain unchanged after the 10 day period.
We will always work with you to meet your standards, budget and specific situation,
in order to get your project to be as successful as possible.

When calculating prices, we take into account the diversity, complexity, materials needed and
the estimated time it will take to develop and finish such project.

Payments

We require a 50% deposit for every project, before the design process begins.
We will require the remaining amount to be paid in full at the time the final artwork is delivered.
The final product can be sent via E-mail, CD, DVD or FTP, depending on the size and complexity of the artwork.

 

Changes&Revisions

We include a limited number of changes and revisions for any design job and will keep you constantly updated
about the status of your project via email, phone and website links. You can see how work is progressing,
comment on the design or let us know if any changes need to be made. After the final Design is approved,
any further changes and/or extra revisions will be charged at our hourly rate. We strive for the best final
product so that you can feel confident with the results and your budget isn't sacrificed.
